You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or permit any third party to access your Account. jlvv will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact jlvv support immediately via the Live Chat function on this Platform. jlvv will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification, but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to notification.
jlvv may at any time request that you complete KYC verification by providing government-issued identification documents and proof of address acceptable under Philippine law. KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing withdrawals above thresholds set by jlvv and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. jlvv reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
jlvv accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to a Player's jlvv Account wallet within seconds of confirmation. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. jlvv is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers, bank processing times, or technical failures outside jlvv's direct control.
Players may request withdrawals of their Account balance at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any active withdrawal restrictions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or during KYC review.
jlvv reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute is outstanding; or (d) an account investigation is in progress. jlvv will notify the Player of any such restriction and the reason for it where permitted by law.
All transactions on the jlvv Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise indicated. Currency conversion costs and any applicable bank fees are the Player's sole responsibility.
All games offered on the jlvv Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.
A bet or wager is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the jlvv system and a confirmation reference number has been generated. Bets placed during network interruptions, connection failures, or system errors that do not generate a confirmation reference are considered void. jlvv is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or technical failure that causes a game to produce an incorrect result or an erroneously large payout, jlvv reserves the right to void all bets affected by the error and to recover any erroneously credited funds. jlvv will notify affected Players and, where funds were lost due to the malfunction, will restore the Player's balance to its pre-error state.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation, jlvv will return any confirmed balance to the Player via the registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting jlvv support via Live Chat. Account closure does not extinguish any outstanding obligations owed to jlvv under these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and jlvv, the Player should first contact jlvv's customer support team via Live Chat to seek an informal resolution. jlvv will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's established player complaint procedures. Unresolved disputes may ultimately be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jlvv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by in-platform notification or by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.
